The Terracotta Warriors and Horses are in Xian, Shaanxi province.
Are you staying in Xiamen city? If so, it is suggested to fly to Xian. Then take airport shuttle bus line 2 to Xian Railway Station, where you can easily find bus no. 306 (tourism bus no. 5), 914 and 915 to the destination directly.0
