About:Beijing Subway

Could anyone tell me what is the avarege cost of a subway ticket in Beijing?

Also, the cost of the tren ticket from Shenzhen to Quanzhou ... if there is such a train line.

A MTR ticket costs CNY2 for any travel.

I'm afraid no direct train runs between Shenzhen and Quanzhou. You can travel between is by bus. It may take around 12h.
