China multiple entry visa for 3months

I am a Czech national and will be there for 3 mths, staying with my close friend there. In between, i will have to go to Delhi for a few days on work. Can I get a 3 month multiple entry tourist L? I have also visited the country in 2011 for a month. Are these applications difficult? what documents do I need to specifically provide for a 3 month multiple entry L.
