Baiyun 72 hour visa waiver

A Hong Kong newspaper "The Standard" reported on May 16 2013 that it is likely that from June 2013 there would a be a 72 hour waiver for passengers arriving by aircraft for travel in Guangdong. Has this been implemented for Australian citizens flying direct from Australia ?

Hi, it is true that Guangzhou Baiyun Airport was approved to implement this free transit as Beijing and Shanghai. But as I know, the Baiyun Airport is not ready now, and it currently only allows 24 hour free transit.
