Is Feb the best time to visit macau? during cny will the shops all open?

Generally speaking, Oct. to Dec. is the best travel season there. In Feb. it happens to be Chinese New Year, so it is also worth visiting.
At that time, not all shops are open, but most shopping malls will still be in operation.0
