About:Useful Telephone Numbers in China

I am trying to call china mobile from Wuhan

but my number is registered in Qingdao, 10086 will not get me to the operator, from the recorded message I can just make out that there is a number to add for Qingdao Can you help I need to know my balance.

You can send CXYE to 10086. Then you will get a message with your balance.
