Extension of visa with Chinese mother

Hi,

I’m Swedish and married to Chinese citizen.
My 3-years old son holding Swedish passport is visiting relatives with his mother (Chinese).
He has 60-days L, but wants to stay another 60-days. Is this possible?

Hi, if he is now in China, his mother can apply for him an L extension at her local PSB. Make sure submit application 7 days before the L expires.
