About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying London - Beijing - Kong Kong do I qualify for the 72 hour visa?

I have a UK passport and my Husband a Portuguese passport we will be in Beijing for less that 72 hours but Im not sure if Hong Kong is ok as a third destination for me to travel to to qualify for the 72 hour free transit.

Yes, HK is considered as a third region in this regards.
