About:Beijing Weather in September

I am going to Beijing on the 15th September 2013. Is it possible to wear t-shirt and short pant only?

The average temperature is around 15 to 27C, so it is possible to wear T-shirt and short pant in the day time and long jeans at nights.

Yea it is alright to wear shorts in the afternoon, but for morning and esp evenings, u will have to wear Jeans and full sleeved shirts..
btw, em also reaching BJ on sunday, the 15th oV sep
