Double entry L with following travel plan

I have a double entry L type issued 21/2/2013 and to enter before 21/8/2013 duration of each stay 90 days. I have already used one trip from 8/3/2013 to 30/5/2013. I have booked to fly to Shanghai arriving on 20/8/2013 and will stay till 13/11/2013 ( 85) days. Is this OK.
Many thanks

Yes, it is ok. You can enter (the second entry) before 24:00 on 21/8/2013 with your valid L and stay for 85 days as your travel plan.
