Would you recommend visiting Chengdu around July 20th? Has the road to Jiuzhaigou been flooded?

Yes, it is recommended.
I did not hear the information about the road problem to Jiuzhaigou. If you plan to go there, it is suggested to go to the Xinnanmen Bus Station to ask in advance.0

The road to jzg from chengdu had a landslide blocking buses but not cars from getting thru.0
