Oct 2013 visit to taiwan. Anyone know whether any typhoon or earth quake during this month of the year?

During that time, the typhoon season has almost passed. It will not bother you. Don't worry!

As for the earthquake, as I know, Sep. to the next Jan. it may happen, but not frequently. Just check the local news for due time in advance and everything can be fine.
