About:China Work Visa

New Z Visa Rules- no degree but 'Foreign Expert'

My husband has been offered a job in China, he has over 25 years expertise in his field and has worked world wide, even a previous 3 year position in China. He does not have a Degree, what information can we provide to the Bueau to backup Foregn Expert category.

Hi Marie, as I know, applicants for Permit for Foreign Experts are required to provide degree by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts without exception. So, please try to contact the company if they can help.
