Hello..I'm planning to visit Hong Kong this summer which application do I fill in? And what other procedures requird?

Hi, you can submit your application to Chinese embassy. The procedure is the same as you apply to mainland PRC. But if your application need to be send to HK for approval, it may takes one month. The correct form should be [form ID1003A]. You can download the form from the website of HK immigration department.
