Sent parcel from UK. Since 7/7/13 China post status "NULL"!!My number is RU189305658GB

Sent parcel from UK. It is now in Beijing but since 7/7/13 China post status "NULL"!! I have no idea what this means or why it has not moved. Can someone help, would really appreciate it
