About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Best way for 9 people to travel from Hong Kong airport to Eaton Hotel

Hi....
I fly with TG arrive 11.45AM and will stay at Eaton Hotel.
Am I eligible for this service?
How do I get on the shuttle bus when I arrive?
Do I have to make a reservation in advance?
There are 5 adults 1 elderly and 3 children for this trip, what is the best & cheapest way to get to the hotel from airport?

Actually, I didn't mean the cheapest way but the most reasonable price to move all 9 people to the hotel smoothly.

Please suggest.

Yes, you are eligible to the free shuttle service. To take the bus, you have to take the Airport Express Train to Kowloon station in advance. It takes 90HKD per person, thus it is not a good way. Since you have a senior and kids, it is suggested to take two taxis to reach directly from HKIA. It costs around 230HKD/taxi.
