What kind of food is available for purchase on the fast trains?

I will be travelling from Shanghai to Chengdu on a G or Z train.

Usually chips, nuts, various Chinese snacks and a full meal available for about 30RMB. You will also find drinks and a hot water tap if you decide to buy instant noodles or tea before your trip.

You could purchase snacks, bread, biscuit, milk, fast food etc.on the train.
