Traveling around 30 July until 5 Aug to Taipei. Will it rain whole day? or there is typhoon season??

It is hard to tell you the weather in this so early time. But according to the previous records, it may rain a lot during that time.
August is still the typhoon season. But if you are lucky, you will not meet one.
