About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I get a Visa on Arrival in LuoHu Port of Shenzhen ?

I am a holder of Russian Passport. I will take train from Hong Kong to Shenzhen.

I know that new PRC immigration rules & regulations have come into effect from 1 July 2013. Is the LuoHu Port Office still open until 22:30 at night ?

Hi, don't worry, I think it is always ok for you to get a VOA at Luohu port. The office hours remain unchanged.
