About:Shenzhen Travel

We will be staying in Hong Kong for 10 days and would like to catch a train to Shenzhen for the day.

We mainly plan to visit the shopping centre just over the border and will not stay overnight. Do we need to apply for a visa before we leave Australia? (we are all travelling on Australian passports.) We would not have a Chinese hotel, address, contact person or "inviter" - would this be a problem?

You can get a visa upon you reach the border.
