About:China Visa Exemption

I am US citizen going to macau transit shanghai for 68 hours. My mom is very sick how to stay longer

If you are now in Shanghai and need to stay longer than 72 hours (free transit allowed), you can apply for a visa from Shanghai Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security Bureau.
