About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am a US citizen and I have a Chinese residence. My wife and children have been with me for 1 year

My wife and children need leave China in order to reapply for their L visas. Can they reapply in the Philippines? My student residence permit is still valid for 1 year.

Hi, as to the new law, they may need to apply in USA for a new L. I also heard that the extension within China is banned, and HK as well. It seems they tighten the procedure. Anyway, you can try to contact a travel agency in the Philippines for the latest requirements.
