F Visa (or M now) after regulation change 1 July 2013

Hi, Has the requirement changed for applying F type since the change of 1st July 2013? I have a company who is willing to provide invitation letter, is this all I need, or are there changes here as well? I am applying for 6 months/12 months stay F type (the ones you don't need to go out every 60 days).

Hi, you are suggested to contact CVASC (according to your residency) in Australia directly for the latest information. In my opinion, an invitation letter from the company itself is not sufficient, it should better be stamped by the Chinese governmental departments, or organizations authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
