About:China Work Visa

spouse z visa

my husband is working in china with a z type. besides a marriage certificate, do i need to provide other documents (ie, letters from his company in which my name appears) in order to obtain it?

Yes, an invitation letter from his company is required, and also the Duplicate of Business License or Registration Certificate and the organization code.

no, the invitation letter only, it should include your personal information, such as name, gender,and date of birth, as well as the name of inviter unit, contact number, address, seal of the unit, and representative or the inviter's signature.
