hello , planning to come to Shanghai in August , wats the currency ? how much for 1 dollar? and where to go shopping for good cheap clothes n accessories?

The currency is CNY. Currently, one dollar equals to about 6.1RMB, but the rate is not always certain.
For shopping clothes, you can go to Qipu Road to have a look. For other items, Taobao City on Nanjing Road is suggested for you.
