Sir as I am joining in Jiamusi medical college by oct 2013, what food I can there to live?

Also please let me know what are all the things I may have to bring to tolerate the whether,and also the grocery items I have to get along so as to prepare my indian food varities , which are not available there.I may have to stay there for 5 years with pearidical visit to india.
