Well, as I know, there is no starbucks in that city nowadays.
But there are also other nice cafes. For example, you are suggested to go to Shengshi Bainian Cafe. It has comfortable environment. You can go and see. It's located 24th Floor, No.739, Changan Road, Xiangyang District.
