About:Beijing Capital International Airport

How to change from UA internatonal arrival to Air China domestic departure in Beijing airport

If I arrive on United from the USA in the international T3 terminal, how would I check in on an Air China domestic flight to Harbin? Also how would I handle my luggage through customs? I will have four hours between flights, it is enough time?

Time is enough for you to make the transfer.
You can easily find the transfer messages in the airport, so you can easily find on how to check in.
You need to get your luggage when you get off the plane and recheck it for the flight to Harbin.
