I will stay in Hangzhou and want to go some vicinity town, say suzhou,lim-on. Advise transportation.

The nearby cities such as Suzhou, Shanghai and some nearby water towns are suggested.
To reach Suzhou and Shanghai, the best transportation method is the bullet trains.
To reach water town such as you can go to the local Central Bus Station to take direct buses.0
