Southeast university jiulanghu campus in Nanjing

Hi,
What is the best way (by subway and bus) to go to Southeast University at Jiulanghu Campus in the south, from Qinhuai area (sanshanjie station) ? Must I stop at "baijiahu station", then to get a bus ? Wich one ? And how long time by subway, then by bus ?
