Yes, of course, you can and I think you can cover these places in four days. For your hotel, do you refer to the one at No. No.17 Zhangwang Hutong, Jiu Gulou Street? If so, you can arrange your trip like this:
1st day: you can go to Badaling Great Wall and the Ming Tombs in this day. In the evening, if you still have time, you can go to see the Olympic sites. From your hotel, you can take a taxi to reach Deshengmen Bus Station to take bus 919 to reach the Badaling and then Ming Tombs.

2nd day: Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City can be arranged on this day. From your hotel, you can take a taxi to reach the Forbidden City first and after visiting, you can walk to reach Tiananmen.

3rd day: Whitel Cloud Temple, Temple of Heaven and Beihai Park are suggested for you. From your hotel, you can walk to reach Guloudajie Station where you can change to take subway line 2 to reach Changchunjie Station. Then you can take a taxi to reach White Cloud Temple. Then you can go back to Changchunjie Station to take line 2 to reach Chongwenmen Station where you can change to line 5 to reach the Temple of Heaven directly. Then rom the Temple, you can take the line 5 to reach Dongsi where you can change to line 6 to reach Beihai North Station. From that station, you can easily walk to reach Beihai Park.

4th day: The summer palace and Prince Gong's Mansion can be visited on this day. From Guloudajie Station, you can take the line 2 to reach Xizhimen Station where you can change to line 4 to reach Beigong Station. Then walk to reach the Summer Palace. Then you take the same routes to reach the subway line 2 to reach Yonghegong Station. From there, you can visit Prince Gong's Mansion.

On the fifth day, I think you can go to the Houhai and Wangfujing areas to have a visit to relax yourself.

I think for Lama Temple, you may mean the Yonghe Lamasery, right?
If so, it is different from White Cloudy Temple. I think the Yonghe Lamasery is more worth seeing.
For the zoo, it can be arranged on the 4th day. The zoo has the same line with the Summer Palace. The subway line 4 can take you to reach there.
