Where and how to get Hong Kong Transit Visa from within Melbourne?

Hi, I'm planning to travel to Sri Lanka and I have a transit at Hong Kong and I was told by my ticketing agency that I will have to apply for it. I have no idea where I need to apply and the costs involved. I reside in Melbourne. Can you please let me know what I need to do and also the costs involved? Thanks.

You can submit your application to Chinese consulate in Melbourne with your passport and ticket. Fill both application form V2011 A and V2011B attached with a passport-sized photo. Sorry, I have no idea about the fee.
