About:Marriage Registration in China

Chinese citizenship if get married with a Chinese

I just wanted to know, base on the china law, if a foreigner man gets married with a chinese girl, does chinese government count the foreigner as a chinese citizen or not?

No, foreign spouse will not be considered a Chinese citizen under Chinese law.

The answer is yes. after 5 years ,the person elegible to recived the Idendity card. with that card person having every right as the normal sitizen has. exept can't be elected and can't be voted. the rest are exactly the same, even tho the person kids are able to attend the public school with low cost. exactly same as a chnese sitizen.
