About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

hi i am citizen of hong kong and been a permanent resident malaysia now.my birthcertificate was lost so how can i apply new one in malaysia?

You can send mail to HK Birth and Death Registeration Office to request for a copy of your birth certificate. The service fee is HK$680. The copy of your birth certificate costs HK$275. If you want them to mail it back to you, you need to pay the mail fee too.
