About:Year of the Dog

My husband is an Ox 1973 and I am a dog 1970

We have been married for 18 years we are having marriage issues and he might be having an affair. Is there any hope for reconcile in our marriage. His behaviour is not the same and he is pushing my buttons. I just know something is not right but can not pin it down. I just don't feel loved and he doesn't feel respected. I don't know what can please him any more.

You may be reading more into this than you need. I note that you have been married for quite some time and I gather you are well accustomed to each other. I think you are well loved on a deeper level but superficially he wants to spread his wings and fly around a bit, he probably feels cramped by circumstance and craves the freedom of his single years. I think this is a period you have to get through and if you can do so your marriage will ultimately be the stronger. Always in a marriage one partner gives more than the other but that does not mean the loving partner is not appreciated however it may appear. Brace up, and carry on, good luck.
