About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

How can a Chinese person visiting the USA access their money from China? Is there a credit card?

My friend wants to visit the USA and does not know how to access their money to use while here in the USA. Is there a credit card that can be obtained that will work in the USA or can some funds be transfered from a bank to a bank in the USA?

Yes, he can open a new credit card account from a bank here before leaving, which he is able to withdraw cash from ATMs in the U.S. As I know, if there is a NYCE or Cirrus logo on the back of the card, then he is able to withdraw cash from ATMs with the same logo.
