When is the best time to visit Qingdao?

People say that Aug. is the best time to travel there 'cause the average temp then shall be around 25C to be an ideal summer cooling destination. And the ideal duration to spend there is at least three days.

The well-known attractions are Zhan Bridge, QD Number One Bathing Beach, also Huiquan Bathing Place, Golden Sand Beach, Mt. Laoshan.

Thanks Juana, we have a budget of RMB2000 for a 5day/4night stay plus transport and tour.
We need a triple room which is convenient to the main transport hub.

To be honest, I do not think 2000RMB is enough for you three for 5 days and 4 nights.
As far as I know, the average fare for the hotel is around 200 to 250RMB per night for a budget standard room.
I once went there on my own and lived in the local budget hotel called Hanting Hotel and the fare is around 250 per night. In total, my Qingdao trip cost me around 2000RMB.
If you can accept the Youth Hostle and share one room with other people, maybe your budget is enough.
