what is the duration from guangzhou to kunming by coach and how much is the bus fare?

I heard it takes around 24 hours by direct long-distance bus between. The ticket fare is 420-430RMB per person. And bus from local Provincial Bus Station leaves around 11:30 and that from City Bus Station leaves around 15:05.
