How to receive train tickets if bought through travelchinaguide.com ?

Hi, I am interested to buy train tickets through this website and wondering how is the ticket is being issued to me as i am arriving at Shanghai pudong airport in the morning and thinking to travel to Yiwu in the afternoon. Do i have to queue like the rest of people buying the ticket on spot or there are special counter that i exchange the confirmation from this website for the real ticket as my understanding i need to show my real passport ?
