Do I need a medical examination to obtain a Z? Are there any types of conditions where they will refuse a Z because of a medical?

Hi, medical examination is required to apply for the work permit/Foreign Expert Certificate before you submit your application for work Z. Infectious diseases such as HBV and phthisis may lead to refusal.

Sir,
I am Ehtaysham from India. I am really pleased to ask you about foreigners medical tests to done in X1 Visa category. I want to go to china on X1 visa. I have a query about medical to be done for X1 visa purpose:

1. Whether they test for Anti HCV blood test? I mean to ask that whether they are test for Hepatitis-C?

2. Actually I usually found to be Anti- HCV positive but in PCR RNA for Hepatitis-C, I am negative.
So there is no infection reflecting in my blood in advanced test.

3. Will they deport me since I am Anti HCV positive patient?

Pls make me clear about this issue.
