NULL AND FOC LOCATION, My tracking number is RB399793350CN

IT was shipped on June 14th but has a null status. Can someone help me pinpoint where the package is? Thank You

Sorry that I can just find it was in Fuzhou (FOC) on June 16, since when there is no more updated information online.
