Do we need to apply a visa for a transit for 11 hours?

Hi! we are travelling to the Philippines this comin july 2013 and I have a Philippine passport and my bf have a Norwegian passort and we have stop over in China for 11 hours.

Hi, it is not necessary if your stopover is less than 24 hours without leaving the airport.
