a Tajikistan passport holder,I come from Dubai to Japan (Dubai-kunming-pudun-tokyo) Do i need visa??

If the layover in total (Kunming and Shanghai) is no more than 24 hours, it is not required. Otherwise, you have to apply for a transit G in advance.
