What negative impacts and problems, such as potential risks and hazards, do yellow river pose to peope?

The biggest risk for the river is water loss and soil erosion. Every year, it takes away a plenty amount of soil into the water, which affected the earth along the banks and make the fertility of the earth lost.
Besides, it has to prevent from the flood every year.
