Where is my parcel I have not yet recieved status says NULL TRACKING NUMBER RB037370154CN

Hi, please help me in finding the updated status...its been a long while but the package isnt yet recieved. could anyone help

It was in Beijing airport on June 13 and now it is on the way to the parcel's destination.
