I am going to your Cebu City Embassy/Consulate This July 8. What are my requirements? Do I need to get a bank statement and birth certificates of my kids? I have the letter of invitation from my doctor in the Beijing Eye Hospital in Shijinghan District, Beijing. I also have back and forth plane tickets from Manila-Beijing, Beijing-Manila. What else do I need to prepare before July 8, 2013.Thank you.Jamela Joy L. Mahinay

Hi, if you are going to Beijing for medical treatment, you need to apply for business F. The invitation letter is required. As I know, you may need to get a confirmation from your embassy in Beijing. Financial support is necessary, but you can also contact the Chinese consulate directly for confirmation.
