How to go to Wenzhou garment city (wholesale )in tianjin by subway from yingkouzhan

For the garment city, do you mean the one at Xuzhuang, Dabizhuang Town?
If so, I am afraid that there is no direct buses or subway lines can take you to reach there directly.
You are staying at Yingkoudao Station, right?
If so, from that station, you can take the local subway line 3 to reach Zhangxingzhuang Station and then change to take a taxi to reach that market directly.
