About:Shanghai Maglev Train

On June 23, I need to travel from Shanghai Pudong airport to Wuxi.

Someone suggested I take Maglev to train station and train to Wuxi. What are the details? Are there English-language signs at the stations?

Yeah, you can travel in this way and the high-speed train will take you to Wuxi in around 50min. And in the train station, there are clear English signs to follow. However, there is a better choice: I know there are direct buses on schedule traveling from PVG to Wuxi and they leave at 10:10, 11:20, 12:20, 13:20, 14:20, 15:20, 16:20, 17:20, 18:20, 19:50. It takes around 3h and the bus fare is 100 Yuan per person.
Hope this is not too late for you.
