Visa Status- numerous

What type is required to marry a Chinese woman , also ,to stay for 90 days and purchase a property ??

A single entry tourist L is enough. It generally will be issued with 30 days as duration of stay, but you can easily extend it to a longer duration within China after marriage registration.

Where in China can I get an extension, and why does it have to be a tourist L, when I am now a fiancée ??? I am wishing to stay there for 90 days.

Hi, Dylan was right. The tourist L is the currently the correct type for your visit. You can get your L extended at her local PSB. After marriage registration in China, you can extend it to a family visit L with longer duration.
