About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I WAS ADVISED, OFFICIALLY ONLY BEIJING AND SHANGAI HAVE 72 HOUR VISA FREE TRANSIT AND NOT GUANGZHOU

I CHECKED YOUR WEBSITE AND IT STATES THAT FROM JUNE 2013, GUANGZHOU IS ALSO APPROVED FOR 72 HOUR FREE TRANSIT, IS THIS OFFICIAL?

Hi, it is said by authority that Guangzhou will carry out this free transit policy in June, but in fact, the Baiyun Airport is not ready now. I asked my Chinese friend for this, he checked online and only to find out notices of being dalayed without actual date of implement. So, we still have to wait.
